Personal assistant (Hermes)

A Telegram agent that queries my documents, the homelab and my notes. It uses local models when it can and paid ones only when needed.

I ask the homelab questions from my Apple Watch. The voice path is read-only: any action goes through a Telegram confirmation.

A Raspberry Pi with around twenty services, reachable only over a VPN. Backups, alerts, updates and a daily check run on their own.

Tracks a wishlist across shops and deal feeds and alerts on Telegram with buttons. No LLM: rules and a SQLite history.

Pantry, recipes and a weekly menu for two from a Telegram group. I paused it to free memory on the Pi; it stays documented.
